“I think the short term effect is that if you are a tech company that was planning to build a data center in New York, first of all, you probably weren't planning to build a data center in New York because I think that's this, you know, is generally known among the big AI companies and the hyperscalers that if you're gonna build something, you wanna build it in either Texas or some other red state that is likely to look more favorably on your project. But I think that is going to continue to happen where these data centers will open in largely red states where, you know, there are fewer Democrats to oppose them.”
