We stand behind SignalCast! If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your initial charge.

Refund Eligibility

You ARE eligible if:

  • Within 14 days of your first charge
  • Subscribed to Pro ($10/month) or Premium ($29/month)
  • This is your first payment (not a renewal)

Automatic processing: Eligible refund requests are processed within 1-2 business days

You are NOT eligible if:

  • More than 14 days since your initial charge
  • This is a renewal charge (not your first payment)
  • You're on the Free tier (no payment = no refund)

Manual review: Requests outside the 14-day window are evaluated case-by-case. Email support@signalcast.com to explain your situation.

How to Request a Refund

Log into your account settings and navigate to the refund request page.

Select your reason for the refund and optionally provide additional details. This helps us improve!

Submit your request

You'll receive an immediate confirmation email with your request details and next steps.

Wait for processing

If eligible: Processed within 1-2 business days

If not eligible: Reviewed within 2-3 business days

Receive your refund

If approved, your refund will appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Information

Cancelling ≠ Automatic Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does NOT automatically trigger a refund for your current billing period. To request a refund, you must use the refund request form.

Continued Access

Even if your refund is approved, you'll keep access to SignalCast until the end of your current paid period. You won't be charged again.

Refund Method

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original charge. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
