You think about houses all day and space robots all night, you end up starting a company like ICON. You're gonna get a tremendous amount out of this conversation with Jason Ballard. This man's revolutionizing three d printing construction. The homes and the buildings that this technology produce had to be the best homes and buildings in the world. The software we now use was developed on the NASA contract. Sometimes by being more ambitious, it's easier to solve the problem. We all will experience extraordinary stress. Recently, you lost your wife to a thirteen year battle of cancer. She was the first lady of ICON. She was my partner and my friend. It's like an amputation. Yes. But you are so correct. There is no escaping suffering. And it defines us how we deal with it. What are the traits you think are nonnegotiable? When employees don't work out, discouragement with technical problems, you just can't face it if there isn't in your heart this belief that something incredible can be done.
