Key Takeaways
- ✓Treatment Suppression & Mortality: McCullough testified under oath that 85% of COVID deaths were preventable through early outpatient treatment combining monoclonal antibodies, ivermectin, steroids, colchicine, antithrombotics, nasal sprays, and vitamins. His protocol, published in the American Journal of Medicine, was the most widely used globally. Of 62 patients who received court-ordered ivermectin in hospital, all survived. Of 100+ denied it, all died, per attorney Ralph Lorigo's Senate testimony.
- ✓Ivermectin Efficacy Data: The ICON study from Florida showed ivermectin reduced COVID mortality by over 50% when administered in the ER and continued through hospitalization. Despite this, the American Medical Association issued an official 2021 policy explicitly aiming to "abolish" ivermectin use. The FDA ran a documented false information campaign calling it a horse dewormer — a campaign later retracted after a lawsuit by Drs. Merrick, Abter, and Bowden.
- ✓Monoclonal Antibody Denial: Operation Warp Speed purchased monoclonal antibody doses for every American, yet only 15% of hospitalized COVID patients received them. Hospitals actively withheld them post-admission, citing trial design limitations. McCullough argues access was deliberately restricted to prevent vaccine hesitancy. Six FDA emergency-authorized monoclonal antibodies were pulled from market one by one, with justifications that simultaneously contradicted continued vaccine promotion.
- ✓Vaccine Safety in Pregnancy: Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen clinical trials explicitly excluded pregnant women and those of childbearing potential. Within the first week of the December 2020 rollout, approximately 3,000 pregnant nurses received doses with no institutional warning. A CDC paper in the New England Journal of Medicine by Shimabukuro suggested first-trimester miscarriage rates could reach 84%. Subsequent research by obstetrician Jim Thorpe documented elevated miscarriage and stillbirth rates linked to vaccination timing.
- ✓Biopharmaceutical Complex Coordination: McCullough identifies the WHO, WEF, Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Trust, Wellcome Trust, CEPI, and all major national regulatory agencies as forming an aligned network. CEPI's 2017 business plan explicitly states a series of pandemics will occur, each answered by mass vaccination alone. The WHO's 2019 "A World at Risk" document listed SARS as a probable pandemic scenario, with Anthony Fauci and Jeremy Farrar among its four principal authors.
What It Covers
Dr. Peter McCullough returns to JRE to detail how a coordinated global network — including the WHO, Gates Foundation, WEF, and regulatory agencies — suppressed effective COVID treatments like ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies while mandating vaccines with documented safety risks, resulting in what McCullough estimates were 85% preventable COVID deaths across 2020–2021.

- •Vaccine-Driven Variant Selection: Virologist Gert Van den Bossche argues — and McCullough endorses — that vaccinating during an active respiratory pandemic accelerates variant emergence. Because COVID vaccines target only the spike protein (one of roughly 30 viral proteins), the virus escapes immunity by mutating that single region. A 2021 study by Acharya and colleagues found vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals carried identical viral loads in nasal passages, confirming equal transmission rates before Rochelle Walensky publicly acknowledged this in August 2021.
- •Misinformation as a Weaponized Term: The word "misinformation" did not appear in medical literature before 2020, yet by 2021 it became an official MeSH term in the National Library of Medicine with validated measurement scales. McCullough traces its modern weaponization to Goebbels' propaganda office and notes it was Webster's 2018 Word of the Year — positioned for deployment. Six overlapping suppression labels were used systematically: misinformation, disinformation, malinformation, anti-science, anti-vaxxer, and conspiracy theorist.
Notable Moment
Rogan reveals he was scheduled to receive the Janssen vaccine at a UFC event but was asked to return two weeks later. During that window, two people he personally knew suffered strokes following vaccination. That delay caused him to pause, research further, and ultimately decline — a decision he credits with avoiding what McCullough describes as the most thrombogenic of all COVID vaccines.

You were the first guy that got me canceled, I think, about COVID. Is that true? Yeah. It's you. It's either you or Malone. One of you guys was the beginning of, like, all the, like, the White House and CNN and everything when they all came down on me. It was it was your misinformation that all turned out to be true. I'm so sorry. Don't be sorry at all. It was great. Turned out well for me, but it was fascinating to watch. What what has it been like for you these... We haven't seen each other in five years. What has it been like? Well, but, you know, before I came on the first time, had anybody accused you of misinformation before that? No. Not really. No. I don't believe so. Had the word even come up? No. I don't mean perhaps. I doubt it, though, because we never really talked about anything serious. You know, it was the... The COVID crisis was, like, the first time I was ever really confronted with a very obvious psyop. Like, there was a... It was very obvious that we were being fed some very filtered information. We're being gaslit, and there was a narrative that you were being forced to push, and I wasn't going with it. And when I experienced the pushback, I mean, like like I said, from the fucking White House, like watching watching the White House press secretary saying that Spotify needs to do more to censor me and watching... I mean, Spotify got calls from the president. They got call... My my management got calls from the White House. It was wild. You know, before 2020, before the pandemic, the word misinformation never appeared in the medical literature. Really? Never. And in fact, by 2021, it's called a MeSH term. Now it's an official term in the National Library of Medicine. There are scientific instruments that measure misinformation, that you can actually assess someone on a COVID nineteen misinformation scale. Really? So I looked into this, and I said, where in the world did this come from? This this word. And you can find it in the English language around 1500. And then I can tell you during Nazi Germany, it was Goebbels who's run the office of propaganda. Oh my lord, what a useful word they found it as, a propaganda word. So if someone you didn't like, you could accuse them of spreading misinformation. So as soon as you make that accusation, you achieve moral superiority that you hold information, the person you don't like is spreading misinformation. It became very powerful then, believe it or not, in 2018. It was word of the year in Webster's dictionary of all the words. It became such a powerful word, So it was …
