Key Takeaways
- ✓The 9PM-Midnight Window: This three-hour block represents the most critical time for unhappy employees to build alternative career paths through LinkedIn networking and social media content creation while maintaining day jobs and family responsibilities without sacrificing work-life balance during traditional evening hours.
- ✓Live Social Shopping Opportunity: TikTok Shop affiliate programs and platforms like Whatnot offer immediate income potential for anyone with sales skills. Sellers can earn commissions promoting products through live video streams, replicating QVC's model on social media without needing inventory or upfront capital investment.
- ✓Judgment Paradox: People avoid pursuing goals fearing judgment from conservative family and friends, but winners silently judge them for inaction. The losing majority vocalize criticism because misery loves company, while successful people stay quiet building their own ventures, creating a false perception of whose opinion matters.
- ✓Career Transition Strategy: Working two jobs simultaneously enables building businesses without financial risk. Use employer benefits and steady income as safety nets while dedicating evening hours to entrepreneurial ventures. Job security remains available since returning to corporate roles stays possible even after attempting business ownership.
- ✓Self-Judgment Origins: Internal criticism stems from external voices internalized over time, typically from parents or peers. Natural self-love exists in everyone before outside judgment becomes adopted as personal belief. Recognizing this separation enables reclaiming confidence and rejecting imposed limitations that prevent action and growth.

Episode Transcript
Nine p. M. To midnight might be the most important three hour window in a twenty four hour day for those who are frustrated, resentful, struggling, not fulfilled, unhappy, curious, determined, hopeful and ambitious. And if someone says I'm too tired, well then then that's that, then live in it. This is the GaryVee audio experience. Good to see everybody. Very excited for Tea with GaryVee episode 100. A nice little milestone. Team made a nice video. I said we don't celebrate but I appreciate the effort. We may still post it. Raghav, you got a question? What is the power of no? Power of no is something that I've struggled with. In fact, over the weekend I told AJ that, Michael Rubin from Fanatics said something twice now, one in a one on one meeting, one in a group thing I was in last week, where he has the same problem that I have, which is even if 13 different ideas are all right, collectively they're wrong because you're just stretching a little too thin. And I talk a lot about happiness versus success financially. So for me the power of no is very important. Most of you have a problem saying yes, I have a problem saying no. Most of you should be saying yes to more things. I'm so addicted to the concept of maybe serendipity, karma that I say yes to a lot of things. There's some stuff on my schedule today that I looked at over the weekend that should be no's With this last full week before the holidays, I need to accomplish a whole lot of things. So for a lot of you that are more like me, yes men and women, the power of no is more effectiveness, more efficiency, not getting sidetracked, being able to double down on your most important things. I think a lot of people struggle with ironically saying yes to more things. You think you're busier than you are. You're fearful of wasting time and I think I'm a little bit on the other side and I need to get a little bit better at No, and I would say this year I got better at it. I'm trying to get even stronger at it but finding the balance between yes and no. Actually, everybody who's in the chat right now, all 700 of you, let's get the shares going right now but I have a question for all 700 of you right now. How many of you feel like you're saying yes to too many things and how many of you feel like you're saying no to too many things? Say yes or no. Just a good old fashioned yes or no and thank you for everybody who's reposting. I see you. Say you're saying yes to too many things or no to too many things and it's gonna be interesting to see. Nice little mix of both. Yeah, I think all of us are trying …
