AI is here, and it's not going anywhere. And if you don't get your head around it, your competition will. Most people think AI is a cool tools or prompts or fancy demos. It's not. It's about business models. So today, I'm gonna break down the five AI business models I believe are most promising for 2026. We're talking about real business models entrepreneurs can build, that they can launch, that they can profit from without needing a 20 person engineering team. And the beauty is is that it's still early days and you can still capitalize and build a business around AI because it's still early days. Let's get into it. Welcome back to the $100 MBA show. So you wanna make sure that in the business models that we talk about today, that you deliver instant value as fast as possible, ten seconds or less. Third aspect of a successful business model using AI is that they scale without needing a huge team. This means that you have large fat margins. Margins mean your profits. You wanna make sure that you have great profit with this business model so that you can reinvest in the business and grow even faster. This creates like a flywheel that makes you unstoppable. So let's jump into those five best AI business models for 2026. Number one is the micro SaaS business, which is a niche product. This is the most approachable, most profitable business model for solar founders that just wanna get started. So why does this work? Well, it solves one painful workflow for one specific group of people. One of my favorite apps that I use every single day, multiple times a day is an example of this, and that's Whisperflow. Whisperflow is basically a dictation app using AI that allows me to type crazy speeds. Like, I'm able to type out messages, emails, instructions to my team …
