Key Takeaways

  • Emotional Health Assessment: Rate yourself 1-10 on four criteria: influence of situations on your feelings, duration emotions persist after events, ability to forgive and release, and dependency on external validation for self-worth. This scan reveals current emotional fitness level and areas needing work.
  • Pain Creation Mechanism: People cannot enter your mind to create emotional pain. They can act wrongly externally, but you create internal suffering through thoughts about their actions. Changing the thought pattern heals the wound. A woman abused at age five realized the abuser hurt her body once, but she hurt herself mentally for thirty years.
  • Karma Ball Concept: Every thought, feeling, word, and behavior is karma thrown into the world. When situations return to you as destiny, your response becomes present karma that determines future outcomes. Past karma returns as circumstances, present karma is your response, future karma gets created simultaneously.
  • Pre-Sleep Protocol: Consume only high-vibrational content fifteen minutes before sleep. Seek forgiveness for wrongs committed during the day and forgive those who wronged you. Practice gratitude and meditation. Content consumed before sleep enters the subconscious and affects mental state for six to eight hours.
  • Food Vibration Impact: Food influences mind state directly, not just body nourishment. The emotional state of the person cooking transfers into food. Pause five seconds before eating to energize food with positive affirmations. Water absorbs vibrations highest, making it ideal for manifesting affirmations before drinking.

What It Covers

Sister Shivani teaches how to create happiness through soul consciousness, explaining that emotional pain is self-created through thoughts about situations, not caused by external circumstances or people's actions toward us.

Notable Moment

Sister Shivani explains that when someone dies, they lose everything—family, body, job, achievements—and enter uncertainty. Creating thoughts like "how could you leave me" adds pain to their pain. Instead, radiate blessings and gratitude to heal both yourself and their transition into the next life.

Episode Transcript

Hi. Thanks for listening to the Tony Robbins podcast. This is just a quick note about this episode in case you'd rather watch and see the video of this conversation. That's found at youtube.com backslash tony robbins live. If you'd like to listen, you're in the right place. In a world where we've started calling pain as normal, fear as normal, stress as normal, and today being depressed as normal. Innately, each one of us knows that's not our nature. That's not our nature. Our nature is power. So let's check our own power. Let's check our own power. I will give you a couple of criteria. Grade yourself. Grade yourself. We're not going to share this with anybody else. It's only for us. It's like an emotional health scan. You know, we get a physical health scan. We get a blood test. We know what's all going on in the body. Let's do an emotional health scan. And we're gonna be thinking only about ourselves for the next one minute. So don't let anyone else come on the screen of your mind. First criteria, grade yourself out of 10. One will be lowest, 10 on 10 is highest. In every situation, am I influenced by what the situation is? Do I get affected by the vibration and energy of the situation? Am I dependent on the situation for how I feel? So the more the dependency, the lower is the score. And if I'm untouched by the situation and I have the power to be calm even in a crisis, then I'm at the highest score of 10. So as a detached observer, look at yourself, and you know what your score is. Don't be too critical about yourself, but don't be too liberal. Only so that I know where I am, and I know where I have to take myself. That's the reason. So just grade yourself in every scene of life. It could be as simple as stuck in a traffic jam. It could be as simple as getting late to go to the airport. Two, it could be a betrayal in relationship. Two, it could be losing a family member. It's a situation. Do I react to situations and I'm dependent on the situation? Or am I able to hold my inner strength and power irrespective of what the situation is? So just grade yourself out of 10. Everyone needs to do this. That's our first criteria. Second, situation is over, but my thought and emotion stays on the mind for quite some time. How long? Am I able to pack up my thoughts within a few seconds? Does it take a few minutes? It takes hours? Or it's been years, and it is still on my mind? Someone did what they did. We're not discussing whether they were right and wrong. But is that scene still on my mind? So the sooner I'm able to pack it up, the higher is my score. But if …
