Wendy here. Get ready for a brand new season of Science Versus, and we are gonna start with a splash. Squirting. It is magical. It's super magical squirting really is. Is it pee? Is it something else? It feels different when I pee, and it feels different when I squirt. We'll go from vagina fluids to fluoride and find out, is it really safe to put it in the water? To even ask the question, you'd be considered a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist, probably up until ten years ago. We're dishing out the latest science on ADHD because the Internet seems to be saying that we've all got it. Experiencing indecision? You might have ADHD. Having trouble keeping up at work? You might have ADHD. We're guzzling up the Internet's new darling supplement, creatine, to find out, can it really get you jacked and improve your mental health? Because, you know, some scientists are really excited about it. I was like, yeah, yeah. And I said, woah. And from getting jacked to feeling jacked, we're gonna talk about meth. More and more Americans are using it, but does it really deserve its reputation as the scariest drug out there? What's it actually like to try it? Meth makes your whole body kind of tingly, almost like glistening, almost like Edward in Twilight. I love meth. Because it felt like I was flying. Like, it's amazing. Ugh, maybe I took too much. Did I fuck my brain up? We would get high and go straight to dead on the inside, and it was killing me. We'll find out if bird flu is really about to lead to the next pandemic. When would you worry? I'm already worried. Sorry, if that's not coming across, let me make it very clear. I am worried. We'll also hear from the tech millionaire who wants to live forever and says that measuring his erections is all part of the plan. Brian Johnson, how is your Johnson? Yeah. Thank you for asking. When I start doing this stuff, people are like, who is this vampire, billionaire, eccentric, weird guy trying to live forever? Do you really think you're not gonna die? I do. So get ready. We'll also dive into telepathy to find out are there really mind readers out there? We'll hear whether the carnivore diet can make you healthy, how you can improve your memory, whether the full moon makes us all a little crazy, and so much more. Starting next week, tell your friends, tell your mom, let the whole world know, because you don't wanna miss a second of this season. One time I got so I got so high, I tweezed out all my pubes. Oh, wow. And starting from a strong base? From, like, a solid base. Yeah. Your knowledge is gonna go up from a solid base on March 27. That's when Science Bases will be back on Spotify and all podcast apps. Back to you soon.
